These seem to be just empty words from Telstra, that their core value is customers and they have very low customer service! I came from xMobile and on the first day I am VERY, VERY disappointed with Telstra. I was left without communication until 14. 15, although the switch from Telstra was promised the night before. It is very likely that it would have been left even longer if she had not gone to a Telstra customer consultant, who did not even consider it necessary to apologize on behalf of Telstra for their failure - because you see, the card has not been fully activated! Telstra would not recommend any news after this event!
