Long wait time

What is going on with Briova lately. Normally I get a representative within a few minutes, but as of 9/5/19 they disappeared from the planet. Website never works to order refills “Consultants” are not knowledgeable Phone calls for refills take over an hour on average I just want them out of the loop I’m not going to take my medication because I’m not dealing with them
