I generally get my meds on time, but if you have a problem, expect it to snowball into multiple problems and multiple wrong orders. And when you order medication every month, this ends up happening at least every few months. Every time you order, you have to call the call center, as website orders are always incorrect.... The customer service is awful and the management bullied me and called me a liar when I told them my meds never came. They are worth $10,000 and should be insured. They said I have to insure them. I was told by another staff member at Briova that this was not true and they turned her in.
These people lied to me and said that my insurance will cover 80 percent and I would be responsible for 20 percent so I paid the 20 percent and accepted their services. About a month or two later I received a bill for $1600.00 and I called them, and they told me that…
