Horrible Offshore Call Center

I generally get my meds on time, but if you have a problem, expect it to snowball into multiple problems and multiple wrong orders. And when you order medication every month, this ends up happening at least every few months. Every time you order, you have to call the call center, as website orders are always incorrect. The people who take the calls barely speak English. it's incredibly frustrating. Considering the outrageous prices charged for the types of meds ordered through the specialty pharmacies, I think they should be able to afford an American call center. User's recommendation: Use Another Pharmacy if You Have the Option.
