They are claiming that they have not received my payment when my payment is there. They seem to want to revoke the installment and charge me for everything at once and keep the rest of my money.

The financial institution in which Brighter Image Lab is contracted out with is seemingly giving some people the run-a-round about their payments in order to revoke their installment agreement and try to get the money all at once and rob them of their installment fees by not refunding their money.
