If i'd know that I could only deal strictly communicating with these people online and there were NO EXCEPTIONS, I would not be dealing with them, period. I did have a general understanding that the communication with the financial institution would be generally through e-mail, but I did not expect to hear discrepancies with my account when I know that the money is there and has always been there. I became Irate when reading from the financial institution that a payment has not been received from my account. They tell me that my financial institution has a hold on my account, yet my financial institution tells me that there has been no attempt to collect any payment or withdrawal from my accout!! I'm beginning to believe that this financial institution is a scam. When you are directed to communicate with them on line, you don't know who or if anyone has received your concern, so I contact the business itself and they refuse to help me- but the financial institution actually states that if you have any questions to email them OR! yes they use the word "OR" contact the business- yet the business tells me that they can't assist me with this stupid and unnecessary delima unless it is a scam and this is why they won't get your account corrected so they can renigg on you and try to make you pay the whole thing and ruin your credit!! User's recommendation: ??????What should I recommend- sounds like a rhetorical question to me.
