Money paid but no goods.
I ordered a Lego for a child for Christmas Lego..AZ Store website this Lego was the cheapest..we even hit the campaign for home delivery free... The operator calls after ordering the next day (it is 7day) and says that the courier will deliver 5day..Arrive 5day but no message from the courier..6day call rd the store operator, the call was delayed, so after the sent SMS call back..it is not enough that the operator could not be called for 2 hours (all operators are busy).. tells me that my ordered Lego will not be available this year, I do not understand because the money was paid and but said that it will be delivered in 5 days deal the child will not get lego and I will only get my money back in January...We are very disappointed and will never order items again in this online store.
