They are claiming that they have not received my payment when my payment is there. They seem to want to revoke the installment and charge me for everything at once and keep the rest of my money.

The financial institution in which Brighter Image Lab is contracted out with is seemingly giving some people the run-a-round about their payments in order to revoke their installment agreement and try to get the money all at once and rob them of their installment fees by not refunding their money. The financial institution is claiming that my financial institution has a hold on my money when my financial institution has not claimed that and also tells me that there has been not attempt to take the money for payment out of my account. A scam is what this is seeming like and appearing to be. User's recommendation: I don't believe that there is a recommendation concerning this other than don't deal with scammers. Sounds like a rhetorical question. If they are insisting that my payment is not going through when there is no reason for it not to go through on my end, then what else can you do but speak with a live person to correct this, yet they are eliminating me from doing so and want to hold on to the claim of my payment is not being received. How evil is this?
