The company is fraud, they don’t attend the customers, no authentic contact number is given on their website

I booked my tickets with bravofly which got cancelled due to COVID in 2020 . Now they took the refund from the airlines & not responding to the customers. Every contact is fake .

Horrible webpage/no usa contact info

I am not able to get a hold of someone to help me with a unique issue. There is no phone to contact them and the online chat feature is so hard to find. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a hold of someone. User’s recommendation: dont book with brbavofly.
