I have been trying to contact bravofly for over a year looking for a refund for flights cancelled every time I call they either hang up or simply dont answer. A little update via email would even suffice but not even a reply there. Literally no costumer service
I asked for a change in my return ticket and specified the date I wanted. They sent me a wrong return date that I didnt choose Plus this guys dont even have a USA customer service number or what? Cant reach there Uk number and its annoying
My flight was cancelled; therefore I asked for a refund, and booked another flight, now my flight is been rescheduled, and I dont need it anymore.
Your service is messed up! Cannot speak to a live person. Sending me left and right to change my flight! You can do better than that!
