Thank you for the fast and friendly call. Atleast even though I am totally disappointed about the news of my flight being moved to another day, I was able to talk to an accomodating agent. Thank you that your agent can speak fluent English too.
I have been refunded only partial amount of my money with no explanation and no one answering emails and can’t get through their phone. Very poor service!!! User’s recommendation: Never use this.
