Tickets got canceled, didn’t received the refund yet

Its been more than 4 months from the date of cancellation. Im trying to contact Bravofly for refund of booking but theyre not answering my calls, responding to my emails and my service tickets. Is Bravofly a fraud? User’s recommendation: Don’t consider Bravofly for bookings.
