Poor service

My young child had a swelling on his face at the jaw when he arrived at the reception of Pauls Perth Hospital 15 building the questionnaire then we went to 22 offices where we were still sitting 2. 5 hours in front of us, only 2 people were sent for an x-ray where no staff is in office num 5 and said that we are sitting waiting for maybe someone else we have found here and we don't know how long we will have to wait. p>
