Billing charges I have been charged for multiple devices at a rate of $100. I only have one device. I have also been charged $30.00 for annual usage which I have agreed upon but not the additional $100 for multiple devices.
JUST PURCHASED MY ITEMS AND WANTED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN SALES BUT THEY LEAVE CUSTOMERS ON HOLD AFTER ASKING MY NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS AND THEN DISCONNECT AFTER WAITING OVER 10 MINUTES NOW 6 TIMES! I AM PISSED! User’s recommendation: BUY GOOGLE NEST! AT LEAST YOU CAN GET SOMEONE ON PHONE!
