yes contacted company a third company no usa to speak with just junk!!! do not buy!!! maybe used mine 10x ! junk!!!! called person barely spoke English tired of this nonsense.. could not speak with anyone in usa… could not understand her but did figure out what she wanted me to do.. junk do not buy do not buy do not buy stay away stay away stay away stay away stay away stay away waste of your money junk! customer service sucks Bissell will never be on my list ever ever when I hear the word Bissell I cringe stay away from what ever the product they offer they out source to other countries can not understand them will never ever buy another product from them she had me taking parts apart and such then concluded I need a new stick for $34 get bent I bought this with my points rarely used this piece of crap!!! to the ceo of Bissell shame on you!!!
