Horrible repair customer service!

Brought my Spotbot to an "Authorized Repair Center" over a month ago. Still waiting to get it back. Contacted Bissell many times. Constant song and dance response from them. This is not brain surgery but a simple hose replacement. Standard answer from Bissell is they will ship out the part to the authorized service center and they would in turn contact me when the item is repaired. Will this take years to accomplish? You would never expect to see such extremely poor quality from a company like Bissell. They take your money after that who cares. This product is under warranty. Maybe they figure to hold it long enough so the warranty expires!!!
