Scales

I was sold a defective scale and neither the store nor customer service were willing to help me. In fact, customer service hung upon me. Neither the customer service desk, nor the store manager nor customer service were interested or willing to help. I will never shop at Bed Bath and Beyond again. User’s recommendation: Don’t sho.

For my order

I placed an order exactly a week ago and I was supposed to receive them yesterday but nothing and the last information about the tracking was on Friday morning. Am highly disappointed in this company and I will never patronize them in the future
