Failure to comply with the above-mentioned regulatory enactment creates opacity of the funds collected for management, as a result of which the management company may spend the obtained funds at its own discretion without providing a report to the owners of the building / apartments. 2. Unable to even send out their invoices for the provided services correctly. Talk as much as you want, but the invoices, which are intended for another recipient, end up in the mailbox. There is only a formal apology, but no action. If you are no longer able to deliver your invoices to your site, then how well do you manage the site?!
