Poor reception

Constantly losing signal now for weeks 6 to 7 times a day. Freezing and pixelation on regular basis. I want a credit on my bill for poor service. I have rebooted system and nothing changes. My $147 per month is the highest bill I have had w/ATT and I downgraded to Uverse 200 and have only HBO.... Read more ➤
Just sickwasgiven the runaround by 4 different operators who were not honest and clear. They pretended to helpbut was a charade by all 4 people. Im 69 and sick of the runaround. 4 hrs spent on the phone today and just sick, disappointed, and exhausted. Told I could get a technician to come to my new apartment... Read more ➤
ATT is always billing incorrectly and keeps you from reaching representatives for help when you get suspended even though your bill was incorrectly processed. I do not recommend them at all!
Update by user Jul 20, 2021 Also was referred to as a person wishing I could be a veteran, referred to an EPTS discharge I was ashamed of in the past, under honorable conditions. I don’t get upset by it anymore because I made it farther than most people making it a joke, I knew 1 employee…
