Would not reinstate account

My cc expired and before I realized it the grace period had passed. I updated my cc and they would not reinstate my tv subscription. Just want me to buy a new one and create a new email account for more money User’s recommendation: There are better providers out there.

Balance of my phone

NIt takes forever to get to a live agent and even I gave the system the reason of my call still transferred me to the wrong department Over 45 minutes on the phone to get the issue resolved. IT WAS TO PAY OFF MY PHONE!!! Cant imagine how long would it take if it was something else... Read more ➤

ATT charging the cancelled tablet

The Tablet service was cancelled. But ATT is charging for cancelled Tablet service using the automated billing. User’s recommendation: Be aware that the automated billing will be charged even after terminated the service.
