Follow-up

I sent a complaint to AT&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;T through pissedconsumer.com about two weeks ago. Thus far, they have not bothered to respond.

after 6 phone calls to various AT&;;T numbers over a period of 2 hours, I could not get a real–live person who spoke English, or even get one of their “consumer support representatives” to transfer my call to the Continental United States. Reason for this call is Im trying to port my number out to another company in the are requesting my account number I though it was my phone number but was told its not my number in to call my service provider to obtain my account number can u please assist me with the road block ???
wrong commitment by sales man Sales man Name : Bassem Hanna bh890r@***.com we were told wrong promotions now we got our first bill. then we got to know he made all the commitments wrong. We felt cheated. i hope at&t will take necessary actions to resolve this matter
