Bad Care for customer results

We bought over a $1,000.00 love seat and chair at store from sales lady telling us they were leather. We got 5 year protection plan 6/26/18. Wasn’t updated on delivery of my furniture I had to call each time and delivery date got pushed further and further out.

I was not updated on delivery of my furniture only got a email stating what I should do to prepare for delivery. So got rid of old furniture and now sat 2 months longer with no furniture. Not happy very upset.

Horrible follow through and customer service

Ashley Home Furniture has the worst customer service Ever!!! I ordered my furniture in November of 2020 and its still not in!!! Every week its a different set or lies.
