Need a replacement pillow for sofa

This is the 3rd time I have tried to speak with someone about my order!!!

This is the third time I have requested the status of my Gibson flatware I placed last week. I have provided my phone number email address and even my credit card info!! User’s recommendation: Don’t call customer service!!
