Delivery times

5 times now I have ordered stuff early in the morning that promised delivery on the same day by 9 pm. Five times I have now been disappointed, why do you offer something that you obviously cannot deliver. Regards, Martin

Fraud on my account & locked out of my account

I am locked out of my Amazon account because someone has put a 2 step verification code on my account and has started ordering items using my credit card. I have telephoned Amazon on several occasions but still no action has been taken. Only my bank has helped.

Throwing parcels over our gate instead of using the gate code which Amazon have.
