Late order

Called to replace broken items, was supposed to be 3 cases of 12 rocks glasses and only received one case. Had to call again and still have not received the order. I already missed the deadline I needed these by.

Your shipping charges are highly inflated

Could only return 8 of the items I purchase but the shipping cost the same. Customer service chat was rude they answered the question I asked and then disconnected. So unprofessional User’s recommendation: Too expensive. Shop elsewhere. I’m.
