Prime membership canelation

Kindle battery has failed within first 9 months

I bought a reflective practice for nursing book and it was due on 29/06/21 and has not been delivered. It is just showing dispatched.

I urgently need my book a reflective for nursing practice. They said the book is dispatched on the 29/06/21. User’s recommendation: I am disabled by my reflection book they are sitting on, instead of delivering it.
