I have not recieved compensation on an order

I sent back an order on something I didn’t order. zThe jar didn’t even have a lid on it .It has been over 2 weeks!! User’s recommendation: Make sure it’s something that was ordered. Please return my money promptly.

Completely dissatisfied; unable to reach customer service

The products sent TO NOT WORK at all. Complete waste of time and money. I’ve tried to contact customer service for over 2 weeks and unable to reach anyone. Is this a scam? User’s recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE.
