No follow up of complaint

Was told twice I would be contacted over seller sending wrong item wanting refund really bad cost me £5 to phone Amazon was told twice I would get refund from bad seller no refund no phone call will think again before buying of Amazon customer support is totally rubbish User’s recommendation: Be ware.

I changed my love2shop Voucher to an Amazon e-gift voucher used it to by toys from Amazon and the money has been taken from my bank account could I please cancel my order and have my money returned to my bank please and could I have the e-gift voucher returned to love2shop as I now dont trust... Problems on refunding my money and refunding postage costs

Sent items back to China as requested kept postage receipt no refund from anyone think I’ve been done recommendations send back to Amazon UK User’s recommendation: send back items to Amazon UK.
