Failure to get an item return and payment refund

Trying to get a product collected and full credit card refund. After sending 2x e- mail information they requested regarding who,what,why and when I cant get an answer from them. User’s recommendation: Simple question if and when will I be able to send the product back and when I can get my monies back.

Amazon sent an email saying they did not receive the email then pointed me to the normal cistomer service site which does not ( despite their own words) provide an email address.

Response to the sending address fails so this is not a way to get the mail to them. Chat services go to offshore resources who operate on scripted responses only. User’s recommendation: Chase your order immediately it misses the delivery dates without communication.

Poor aftercare from seller
