Overcharge on prime

I was somewhat reimbursed, but not enough. I tried to cancel my membership because of this and they would not do so. So, I will not buy from Amazon again.again. User’s recommendation: Be careful of scams to your account.

My Visa card has been changed, The current number is now invalid

How do I remove the old number from my account and replace it with the new number? The need for the change is because a company I was dealing with in the past was still charging me for services that I had discontinued. The problem seems to be corrected now.
