Poor service from merchant, trying to cancel order

Not paying attention to delivery directions

Delivery services are not paying attention to clear instructions to deliver all parcels to the side entrance on the deck. User’s recommendation: I love Amazon and I have no problem with the company. It’s the deliveries that I was having issues with.
