I cant sign in my account

I can’t sign into my account. You guys make this runaround impossible to be fixed by the consumers. If you could rectify this problem it would be appreciated so I’m not wasting any more of my time. User’s recommendation: Avoid Amazon.

I think I worked out solutions. I returned the aluminum dock ladder without a refund which comes close to covering the cost of the stainless steel ladder which I kept.

I have received a refund for a lost parcel which we were told was delivered on July 9th. The lost parcel just showed up today and we want to keep the package. The last four didgets are “4631” (a dock ladder) What should I do?
