I canceled service in December, 2020, paid the full cancelation fee given to me by ADT yet they continue to show a balance of over $300 due. I have spoken directly with them no less than 5 times, and they acknowledge I owe nothing yet my canceled account still shows a past due balance. On all calls... Read more➤

Poor service

I bought a phone in the AZ Electronics store, it was necessary to replace the battery, take it to the service, said to wait 30 days, patiently waited for another phone, did not offer at that time, borrowed from a girlfriend for the use of others, after 30 days, called that I could pick up, go to the store, locked the screen did not work inside, tried with the sellers several times, and make sure there is a problem, of course, was dissatisfied and asked for phone money back, I waited 15 days for a decision, 15 days to call and announce that I had not removed iclouds, I did it all, and now have to wait again for a summary, I apologize for what it is about service, attitude, even still does not offer service phone, or compensation. Asks to replace an elementary thing,but breaks the phone and does not admit his guilt, and seeks an excuse not to have a quick and productive solution. You have less than one customer, and I don't recommend a weak solution for others.
