Poor service
I bought a phone in the AZ Electronics store, it was necessary to replace the battery, take it to the service, said to wait 30 days, patiently waited for another phone, did not offer at that time, borrowed from a girlfriend for the use of others, after 30 days, called that I could pick up, go to the store, locked the screen did not work inside, tried with the sellers several times, and make sure there is a problem, of course, was dissatisfied and asked for phone money back, I waited 15 days for a decision, 15 days to call and announce that I had not removed iclouds, I did it all, and now have to wait again for a summary, I apologize for what it is about service, attitude, even still does not offer service phone, or compensation.
