Account balance dispute

I canceled service in December, 2020, paid the full cancelation fee given to me by ADT yet they continue to show a balance of over $300 due. I have spoken directly with them no less than 5 times, and they acknowledge I owe nothing yet my canceled account still shows a past due balance. On all calls with them, they tell me a full credit has been issued to zero the account. The most recent promise was on 3/24 yet they still show a past due balance. This call with with an account manager who said she had physically issued the credit memo and it would show up in 24-48 hours...NOPE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! I NEED RESOLUTION ASAP.
