I have wireless wall switch that won't reprogram, they kept trying for over 90 mins, then telling me product was out of warranty, then after I sent pix of box showing 3 yr warranty they tried to see if switch was different from the box. Not one attempt to want to make me happy, for a $20 item they made me "Never want to buy another Belkin product ever! I and will make effort User's recommendation: Never buy a Belkin product from them they are terrible, look at product with good customer service.
