I have a fit bit that is leas than a year old that wont turn on. I bought it from a store called the source in Quesnel BC this store is permanently closed , I have tried and tried calling the source head office and they are not being very helpfull at all they wont help me find receipt. This fitbit was bought from my friends son who is 14 and he saved up for it for his mom present and now it wont work I was hoping I would be able to get it replaced for him Can you help me out please I have the box and everything it came with
