Beware! They will offer to replace items, but put a "hold" on your card until they receive the item back. They will use USPS to ship it, it will then be handed off to a "return agent". No one will be able to tell you where your item is. You will be eventually be charged for it ($500 for me). Customer service will simply state that you will receive a refund "5-10 days after we received it", with no guarantee it will ever arrive. The expectation is that you will continually follow up on this to make sure they fix their mistake. Do yourself a favor, avoid Google products. User's recommendation: Beware.
