Lazada customer service system is terrible, complicated and confusing, specially they use all auto reply Q&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;A, problem not solving using robot and even by email. Customer service representative is never really look into the problem and no solution given always, never listen nor read carefully what customer question, anyhow reply after few days, useless.
