Spent 3 days and over 2 hours each day trying to get someone to answer the phones, this is obnoxious to have to wait and still get no answer. User’s recommendation: take a nerve pill before calling to get a answer with issues.

Constant rate increases. My basic expanded cable just went to $122.00 per month. Have had very little to complain about except for the cost constantly increasing.
