Wyndham reward card

Good Morning, I stay 2 time this year in the Wyndham Dubai Marina in January 16 to 20 and in May 7 to 11. 2 time I did the paperwork with your employee to join the Wyndham Rewards Program and we are in June, I never receive a card at home neither an e-mail. 》 I am always having problems w/my wyndham rewards points. The motel says they have nothing to do w/my Wyndham reward points. I am usually the one calling to straighten everything out on both sides.
