Denied to stand behind there warranty

The product I bought came with a registration card and it states to register it online. The online registration doesn’t open and the system doesn’t recognize the catalog #.

Product registration and replacement of defective part. The registration web address sent with the product doesn’t open. Tried another address, it opened but didn’t recognize the product catalog #.
