Unreleased songs

Im still waiting for my songs to be released, and Im yet to hear back from anybody about my release. I sent in that Im the owner of the songs, Im not understanding why my songs havent been uploaded at all.. This very unprofessional and that its hard for me to contact yall over the phone only email now
