Does not deliver, mail is ignored
I can't say anything good about this company! I am shocked by the lack of service. Never in a lifetime! It is very unfortunate that amazon chose to send the shipment via dhl, which cooperates with itella in Australia. The package is from Melbourne on October 16, but they are not able to deliver it. I chose to deliver to the parcel terminal. So what the hell is calling my courier for home delivery?! I'm still waiting for a packet and reply to your email! Complete chaos and lack of communication on the part of the company.
