The company has taken my money and I haven’t heard from them. email or anything. I got no response to my emails. I am needing them for a christmas photo op.

Do NOT order from Chicslook

I ordered a coat 11/7 and received an order confirmation that same day. My card was charged at that time, as well. Its 12/31 and I have not received the coat or any response to my multiple emails to the address on their site.

Do not buy from this company..scam

Ordered 3 shirts, took almost 1 month to receive merchandise. Once merchandise was received they sent me 2 shirts i didnt even order and 1 sweater that could fit a 3 year old. Poor customer service!!

Do not order from this Company if something is not right thy want you to ship it back to china at your cost

Purchased item not as pictured and smells

Purchased a sweater for my daughter, it was not even close to the picture advertised. It was not bulky, it smelled horrible, an extremely poorly made garment. Would never do business with you again.
