Un professional not 24/7 service, stupid answers from customer service

I called 5 times for a service on Sunday February 25, no proper answer or service, instead of helping to resolve issues, making their own policies. Don't relay on this company. Poor customer service, unprofessional customer service, they are not respecting their customers. They need only money. For emergency help they are giving an appointment after 3 days. Heating is an essential need especially in the winter time. That's why we are paying annual contract money. We paid money for our service in advance. Then we are asking a favor to them. Slomins not giving 24/7 service. They don't have enough technicians. They are saying that they cannot find a technician or contact technician while they are on their duty. slomins saying if there is a heat in any portion of our house they cannot consider its an emergency
