After being owners at this location for years and watching the service and standards go down year after year, last week reached new lows. The staff (front desk, owners area, bar, kids club) is discriminatory, rude, vulgar and down right disrespectful. They are thieves, racist and need to be terminated. This place was not worthy of being labeled a resort. Dirty, dated and horrible experience. To top it all off, someone hit my vehicle in the garage, left no note and the hotel staff was not apologetic at all. User’s recommendation: Stay far away!
