I went to Les Schawb to get a free repair of my tire, which had a screw in it. They told me that they couldnt repair it and that the tire needed to be replaced. The screw was a small one, and not on a side, but directly in the tread. I knew they were lying to me, so I took it to Big Brand; they scheduled an appointment for later in the day because they were swamped. I brought it back 30 minutes before my appointment, as I sat and waited, I saw a bay come open , and they pulled my car in. 20 minutes later they were done. The worker said it was just a small screw. I will absolutely buy my set of tires from Big Brand. User's recommendation: Don’t go to Les Schawb they’ll lie to create business.
