Hubby went to the store in Appleton WI. Three CS walked past him, when he was looking for an afghan. After a while a new person asked if he needed help. The agent helped him find what he was looking for. Upon checkout the clerk ROLLED up the afghan and handed it back to him. NO bag/box/Thank You. I emailed CO.CS. They sent back a new clerk. He paid cash so how did the CS know who it was?? An over 100.00 purchase on sale. Treatment of customers is important. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. User's recommendation: go elsewhere.
