Discontinue of Service

Alarm never worked

Very bad customer service. Once they install the system, you are on your own. Now I want cancel service and all of their numbers don’t work. User’s recommendation: Look elsewhere.
Cancled service 5 months ago and they continued to bill me and hurt my credit. Waa paid always on time until cancled. User’s recommendation: Dont become one.
In November of 2018, I was solicited on the phone at home by Denae Lee, who said she was representing Safeguard America. She told me that the company that manufactured my security system equipment is no longer in business. But she told me not to worry because she could provide me a new system at “no charge”.... I was contacted by a salesman of this company at Walmart. We were told that if we would sign up with this security company they would make sure that our Xfinity account would go from $224 a month to $62 would receive a $200 gift card. Slammed us into a contract trying to say our other alarm system was no longer in the area. Never gave us a written contract so we can’t get an attorney to help get us out of the contract. The ratings system doesn’t do negative stars.
